The Utopian Dandelion Project is a small but bold initiative rooted in the belief that creativity, healing, and community can spark real transformation — even in the most fragile places.
We work with communities locally and internationally — including in conflict-affected areas — using participatory photography and art workshops to support advocacy, trauma recovery, and storytelling from within. Our workshops are always free of charge, and always grounded in trust, collaboration, and respect.
Benefits of Joining
The Utopian Dandelion Project is delivered in alignment with the values of The Egg Foundation, using participatory photography and film to work ethically with marginalised and underrepresented communities.
The project is supported through a monthly subscription model that allows individuals and organisations to take part in the long-term delivery of community-led visual storytelling projects.
Contributions help sustain workshops, collaborative filmmaking, and short documentary projects created with participants, not about them.
In recognition of this shared commitment, supporters receive public credit across our social media platforms, producer credit on project documentaries, regular updates, and the opportunity to suggest communities or groups for future work.
After signing up, supporters are directed to our free Patreon page, where all updates, photos, videos, and project news are shared in one open and transparent space.
